Ce peuple conna\u00eet tr\u00e8s bien le d\u00e9sert et dispose de nombreuses <strong data-end=\"658\" data-start=\"615\">m\u00e9thodes naturelles pour traiter la douleur et la maladie<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-end=\"1138\" data-start=\"661\">Il y a longtemps, les familles amazighes <strong data-end=\"740\" data-start=\"699\">n&rsquo;avaient pas d&rsquo;h\u00f4pitaux ni de m\u00e9decine moderne<\/strong>. Elles utilisaient donc ce qui se trouvait autour d&rsquo;elles dans le d\u00e9sert, comme les <strong data-end=\"827\" data-start=\"796\">plantes, les herbes et le sable chaud<\/strong>. Ils ont d\u00e9couvert quelque chose d&rsquo;int\u00e9ressant : lorsque les gens s&rsquo;asseyaient ou s&rsquo;allongeaient dans le sable chaud, ils se sentaient mieux. Leurs <strong data-end=\"951\" data-start=\"937\">douleurs articulaires<\/strong>, <strong data-end=\"966\" data-start=\"953\">dorsales<\/strong> et <strong data-end=\"987\" data-start=\"972\">musculaires<\/strong> diminuaient. Au bout d&rsquo;un certain temps, ils ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong data-end=\"1073\" data-start=\"1034\">enfouir tout leur corps dans le sable chaud<\/strong> pendant quelques minutes. C&rsquo;est ce que nous appelons aujourd&rsquo;hui un <strong data-end=\"1137\" data-start=\"1124\">bain de sable<\/strong>.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e est simple. En \u00e9t\u00e9, le sable de Merzouga devient tr\u00e8s chaud \u00e0 cause du soleil intense. Le sable conserve cette chaleur en profondeur, presque comme un four naturel. Lorsqu&rsquo;une personne s&rsquo;allonge sur le sable chaud, son corps commence \u00e0 transpirer abondamment. Cette transpiration aide \u00e0 nettoyer le corps de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. Elle \u00e9limine les toxines (les mauvaises substances pr\u00e9sentes dans le corps), d\u00e9tend les muscles et aide \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la douleur.<\/p><p>Dans le pass\u00e9, le bain de sable n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas destin\u00e9 aux touristes. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait uniquement une pratique locale pour rester en bonne sant\u00e9. Il \u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour les personnes qui travaillaient tr\u00e8s dur, comme les agriculteurs et les \u00e9leveurs de chameaux, qui avaient le corps fatigu\u00e9 et endolori. Ces personnes se rendaient dans les dunes de sable pendant les mois les plus chauds, juillet et ao\u00fbt, pour prendre des bains de sable et se sentir mieux. Cette tradition se transmettait de parents \u00e0 enfants, de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p><p>La r\u00e9gion de Merzouga est l&rsquo;un des meilleurs endroits pour prendre un bain de sable. Elle est c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour ses grandes dunes de sable fin, appel\u00e9es Erg Chebbi. Le sable y est propre, lisse et profond, ce qui le rend parfait pour les bains de sable. On peut facilement creuser des trous et le sable conserve bien la chaleur. C&rsquo;est pourquoi Merzouga est devenue un lieu de pr\u00e9dilection pour les soins par le sable, non seulement au Maroc, mais aussi dans toute l&rsquo;Afrique du Nord.<\/p><p>Au fil du temps, de plus en plus de gens ont entendu parler de ce traitement sp\u00e9cial dans le d\u00e9sert. Les Amazighs locaux ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 proposer l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience du bain de sable aux visiteurs curieux de d\u00e9couvrir ces anciennes m\u00e9thodes de gu\u00e9rison. Mais il est important de comprendre que les bains de sable ne sont pas un rem\u00e8de miracle pour tous les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9.
