Al cabo de un tiempo, empezaron a <strong data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1073\">enterrarse por completo en la arena caliente<\/strong> durante unos minutos. Esto se convirti\u00f3 en lo que hoy llamamos un <strong data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1137\">ba\u00f1o de arena<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1545\">La idea es sencilla. En <strong data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1177\">verano<\/strong>, la arena de Merzouga se calienta <strong data-start=\"1208\" data-end=\"1220\">mucho<\/strong> debido al sol intenso. La arena retiene ese calor en su interior, casi como un <strong data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1316\">horno natural<\/strong>. Cuando una persona se tumba en la arena caliente, el cuerpo empieza a <strong data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1388\">sudar mucho<\/strong>. Este sudor ayuda a <strong data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1428\">limpiar el cuerpo<\/strong> desde dentro.
